Mechanical Calibration
Our mechanical calibration certifications verify:
-
Machine level
-
Axis precision & accuracy
-
Backlash
-
Parallelism & straightness
-
Repeatability & perpendicularity
-
Angular positions
We service gantry systems, immersion tanks (turntables & rotators), lab scanners, and other configurations. Each calibration is tailored to meet or exceed OEM, client, and industry-specific tolerances.

Ultrasonic Electronic Calibration
CAS Calibration also provides ultrasonic electronic calibration for instruments, logarithmic amplifiers, and pulsers. Our ASNT Level III expertise and ISO-accredited processes ensure every result is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. We understand the complexity of integrated ultrasonic systems and design our calibrations to minimize downtime while maximizing reliability.

Scheduling & Cost Efficiency
To keep costs low and operations running smoothly:
-
Mechanical and electronic calibrations can be performed separately when needed.
-
We maintain calibration histories for all client machinery.
-
Annual calibrations can be scheduled 6–12 months in advance to reduce travel costs and allow production teams to plan for downtime.
